Copyright Assignment
Authors must submit a copyright assignment agreeing to and accepting the following conditions:
1. Authors refers to the principal author and one co-author, if multiple authorship exists.
2. The author(s) or employer(s), when the manuscript reflects a “work for hire,” grant to the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research all rights protected by the copyright laws of the United States or any foreign country.
3. The author(s) or employer(s), when the manuscript reflects a “work for hire,” guarantee that the work has not been previously published, or if previously published in part, permission has been obtained for publication of the work in the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research. The author(s) or employer, if applicable, will submit a copy of permission to print in the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research, accompanied by appropriate credit in the text of the manuscript. The author(s) or employer(s) also guarantee that the work is not being considered for publication elsewhere, concurrent with its submission to JVSR.
4. The Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research may grant third party permission for any given work, or portion thereof, to be copied.
5. The Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research may produce reprints or offprints for sale and/or free distribution, or reprint the manuscript along with other works, in any other format.
