Digital Advertising on JVSR
Terms
All advertising must be paid in full, in advance of publication.
Advertising will not be published until payment has been received.
Copy Responsibility
Copy Submission is the responsibility of the advertiser by prescribed
deadlines. Copy from an advertiser's last insertion will be posted if new copy is not received by closing date.
When a previous insertion does not exist, client is liable for the cost of
the contracted space not used and space will be allocated at the discretion of the publisher.
Copy Authorization
All advertisements are accepted and published by the publisher upon representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher’s acceptance of such advertisements, the agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement. Publisher is not responsible for errors in key numbers, or for information taken by telephone.
Copy Acceptance
Advertising that resembles editorial may be marked "Advertisement" or "advertorial" by the publisher. Any reference to "Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research" in advertisements, promotional material or merchandising by advertiser or agency is subject to approval by the publisher.
The publisher reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisements.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted after published space closing dates.
