About the Cover:    The radiographs, from articles in this issue of JVSR, are from two patients diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. The top radiograph, from a retrospective study by Dobson, et al., is of a patient with a Respiratory Disturbance Index (RDI) of 59 and Sleep Baseline Score (SBS) of 82. The lower radiograph is from a case report by Kuhn representing a patient with an RDI of 89 and SBS of 134. The photos are presented to demonstrate the pattern of upper cervical and occiput flexion which may be common among severe male sleep apnea patients.
